Sync Notes is an app that keeps lists of notes and synchronizes them in real-time with whoever you want.
Keep your shopping list in there and stop using that piece of paper. A paper shopping list is rubbish anyway, in both senses. When you run out of something, that piece of paper is often not in reach. So — oh, irony! — you'll have to not forget to write it down, which I can never do.
Later, when you're coming home wanting to do the shopping on the way, that piece of paper is still back home. Now — double irony — you'll have to remember what you had put on it.
A paper shopping list is rubbish, in both senses.
